Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept personal & business checks (must clear first), Money orders, Cashier Checks, Paypal, or all Major Credit Cards over the phone.
Q: Who do I make the check or Money Order Payable to?
A: KGParts. DO NOT MAKE IT PAYABLE TO INJECTOR-REHAB. Payment MUST be made to KGParts
Q: Why do I make the check or Money Order payable to KGParts?
A: Injector-Rehab is a subdivision of KGParts
Q: If my injectors (or one of my injectors) is not serviceable, will I still be charged?
A: You will not be charged if we can not perform the service. If the injector is DOA (Dead on arrival) we will not perform the service. However, there is a minimum bench charge of $4 per injector for tests performed to declare the injector "DOA".
Q: What is the additional cost of Faster Overnight shipping?
A: We ship daily with FedEx. The following rates would apply for over night shipping.
FedEx Overnight shipping: $28 (USA ONLY)
*** The overnight rate above is for sets of 4 injectors. More than 4 injectors would be a higher fee.
Q: Can I provide my own return Overnight shipping label?
A: Yes, Return label included from your UPS or FedEx account: $2 Handling fee.
Q: Will my injectors and package be insured when returned?
A: Not with the free shipping option. You would need to select the FedEx shipping option and make a note that you would like insurance added to your package. The cost of the return FedEx shipping will fluctuate depending on the total amount of insurance you wish to add to your package.
Q: How much is the return shipping?
A: When sending in 4 or more injectors for any of our available services, shipping is included. If sending in LESS than 4 injectors, a shipping charge of $6 will be added to the cost of service to cover return shipping charges via USPS first class mail. Regular FedEx Ground and Overnight charges will still apply to less than 4 injectors.
Q: I sent injectors in for a Flow Test and selected the free return shipping. Why was I charged for shipping?
A: Because the FREE return shipping is only for injectors that have been through cleaning and flow test. Selecting the free shipping when sending injectors in for a Flow Test only, a return shipping charge will apply to your order.
Q: I was aksed what payment method I would like to use and chose CC. Why was I not prompted to enter in a CC number?
A: You will be contacted when your injectors arrive at Injector-Rehab for service. This is to help insure the privacy of your credit card number. Please be sure to enter the CORRECT contact info so we can process your order as quick as possible.
