Shipping FAQ's

Q: How should I package and send the injectors to Injector-Rehab for service?
A: We prefer that the injectors are sent to us ANY method other than the US Postal service. Our postal delivery time is not until the very late afternoon. Packages sent to us via UPS, FedEx or DHL arrive early in the morning and allow us enough time to perform the service and turn the injectors around the same day in most cases. When packaging the injectors, it is highly recommended that you place the injectors in a standard zip lock bag. This helps contain the fuel smell. (Makes the shipping company happy!)

Q: When will my Injectors be returned?
A: Turn-around time can depend on several factors. The shipping method you chose to send you injectors in, and the return method you chose will partially determine this. The type of injector and the current work load in the lab also play a role in the turn-around time. Please make sure to use the ticket system to allow us to know your injectors on the way. If we know your injectors are on their way, we can schedule a time slot for them to ensure they are completed on time and no service delays occur. Q: Will my injectors and package be insured when returned?
A:
Not with the free shipping option. You would need to select the FedEx shipping option and make a note that you would like insurance added to your package. The cost of the return FedEx shipping will fluctuate depending on the total amount of insurance you wish to add to your package.

Q: If I select the $8 return shipping with FedEx Ground, how soon will I get my injectors back?
A: It depends on your location. Please see the FedEx Ground shipment map below.

Q: Can I have my injectors back sooner?
A: Absolutely. A few things need to be discussed first. Scheduling your injectors BEFORE sending them in is a HUGE help in ensuring your injectors are returned in your time frame. Additional payment for faster shipping is also required.

Q: I am an international customer. Do you offer international return shipping?
A: Yes we do. You will need to contact us for a return shipping rate quote.

Q: I am ready to send my injectors to you for service, Is there anything else I need to do?
A: Yes. Please go to the "Check-In" tab at the top of the page to submit the Service PO and Service Request Form (SRF) to include with your injectors. This form must be filled out and sent in with your injectors.

Q: How much is the return shipping?
A: When sending in 4 or more injectors for any of our available services, shipping is included. If sending in LESS than 4 injectors, a shipping charge of $6 will be added to the cost of service to cover return shipping charges via USPS first class mail. Regular FedEx Ground and Overnight charges will still apply to less than 4 injectors.

Q: I sent injectors in for a Flow Test and selected the free return shipping. Why was I charged for shipping?
A: Because the FREE return shipping is only for injectors that have been through cleaning and flow test. Selecting the free shipping when sending injectors in for a Flow Test only, a return shipping charge will apply to your order.
