The injector-rehab insurance program is designed to get you a cheaper rate per injector for the various services we offer. As with all insurance programs, it can get a little complicated. -Insurance plans are good for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
-Plans are not transferable, however YOU can send a friend, neighbor or family member's injectors in for service under your plan.
